On August 21 of 2019, we received the deposit from our South African customer---Marcel. He ordered 1 set of 20,000kg/hr steam boiler WNS20-1.25-YQ for a local hospital in Johannesburg, which is used for sterilization, cooking, laundry, ironing, drying, boiling water, distilled water, sanitary water, etc.

He is a boiler maintaining engineer, having a boiler installation and maintenance team, who not only finds good quality boilers for local users, but also responsible for boiler installation and repairing. He is an experienced boiler engineer and really likes our brand and boilers.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube steam boiler:

Corrugated furnace increases heat transfer area and adapts to free expansion;
Waste heat recovery part is composed of finned tubes, made of aluminum-steel alloy, keeping enough heat transfer surface;
Boiler body, economizer, condenser, burner, pump and control system are integrated to ensure easy installation;
Heat transfer elements are composed of threaded flue gas tube instead of smooth tube, which have lower resistance and higher efficiency;
Multiple pressure interlocking protection technique;
Compared with traditional four water level alarms, there is a fifth water level detection device, further strengthening safety automatically;
Wet back two-pass fire tube boiler with reversal burning chamber;
Laddering heat recovery can greatly increase boiler efficiency;
The double-layer sealing structure of front smoke box door and panel adopts aluminium silicate board as insulation material, with high thermal insulation and sealing effect;
Detachable spring explosion-proof door ensures safety, also can be used as inspection hole;
Continuous variable frequency water supply, ensures pump and burner run coordinately and stably.
Waste heat recovery in flue gas lowers exhaust temperature to 95℃, and improves efficiency to 98 .5 %;
Discharge of NO_X , CO_X , SO_X and other harmful substances has been greatly reduced;
The range of steam pressure can be set by touch screen , achieving automatic and accurate control.
