The electric steam generator is a micro-boiler that automatically and continuously generates steam at pressure 0.8MPa. It uses electricity as the energy source, and it is noiseless and absolutely safe. The electric steam generator is mainly composed of water supply system, automatic control system, furnace and heating system, and protection system. Its basic working principle is: through a set of automatic control devices, liquid level control or high, medium and low electrode probe feedback controls the opening and closing of the water pump during operation. The high steam pressure set by the pressure controller follows the steam output continuously, while the water level of the furnace continues to drop. When it is at a low water level or medium water level, the water pump will automatically replenish water. When it reaches a high water level, the water pump will stop replenishing water. The upper pointer pressure gauge immediately displays the steam pressure value, and the whole process can be automatically displayed through the indicator light.

After the power supply is introduced into the electric control box, the generator can enter (or leave) into the fully automatic operation state with one key operation. The amount of water in the generator decreases, and the control system automatically replenishes water from the water tank to the generator through the feed water pump.

In order to use electric energy reasonably, the heating power is divided into several sections, and the controller automatically cycles into (cut off). After the user determines the heating power according to actual needs, they only need to close the corresponding leakage circuit breaker (or press the corresponding switching switch). The segmented cycle switching of the heating tube reduces the impact of the boiler on the state grid during operation.
