On June 24 of 2020, one customer from Australia ordered 1 set of 700KW HFO fired pressurized hot water boiler WNS0.7-1.0/95/70-YQ for heating heavy oil.
 
Their project is located in Mali. The investor from Australia has very strict requirements on boilers, after comparing with other factories in China, they choose us as supplier, not only because our factory is the biggest one among those he found, but also because we have strict boiler inspection and producing system, and our welding working is much better than others.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube hot water boiler:

• Main welding seams are welded by automatic machine , passing nondestructive testing;
• Heat transfer elements are composed of threaded flue gas tube instead of smooth  tube, which have lower resistance and higher efficiency;
• Corrugated furnace increases heat transfer area and adapts to free expansion;
• PLC control system with independent intellectual property rights achieves best match between controller and boiler;
• Big water volume, stable heat supply and scale preventing structure help to realize better heat transfer effect;
• Adopt new heat insulation material, which has good heat preservation performance,  light weight and little heat loss;
• Classic fire tube wet- back three-pass structure, stable boiler operation;
• Use double-layer sealing structure in front and rear smoke box doors and panels; Conduct air-tightness test one by one to ensure high heat insulation ability;               Waste heat recovery in flue gas part takes finned tube, highly improving smoke condensing speed.
