Our Bahrain customer had ordered 2 sets of 3 ton diesel fired steam boiler WNS3-1.25-YQ on 22th Nov. 2020. He has a laundry running for more than 5 years. Now he want to expand his business.
While, why do washing plants need steam boiler? The boiler mainly provides steam for washing equipment. Full automatic industrial washing machines need steam, especially for dryers and ironing machines. Automatic industrial washing machine needs steam to heat water, and dryer needs steam to exchange heat, so as to achieve the purpose of drying clothes. The ironing machine needs steam to heat the roller so as to iron and dry the bed sheet and quilt cover. Therefore, steam is an essential part of water washing equipment plant. There are two ways to generate steam: one is external steam source, such as using steam boiler; the other is through internal heating of washing machinery, which is called electric heating. However, the cost of using electric heating is too high. For example, the heating power of 100kg automatic industrial washing machine is 60kW / h, That is to say, it needs 60 kwh of electricity per hour and 480 kwh of electricity for 8 hours. How much is the cost? Therefore, considering the cost, it is necessary to use boiler steam.

Before we get this order, the customer compares our boiler with another factory in our province. After comparing the technical data, energy saving report, material consumption and producing ability, finally he chooses us even though our price is much higher than of that factory.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube steam boiler:

Corrugated furnace increases heat transfer area and adapts to free expansion;
Waste heat recovery part is composed of finned tubes, made of aluminum-steel alloy, keeping enough heat transfer surface;
Boiler body, economizer, condenser, burner, pump and control system are integrated to ensure easy installation;
Heat transfer elements are composed of threaded flue gas tube instead of smooth tube, which have lower resistance and higher efficiency;
Multiple pressure interlocking protection technique;
Compared with traditional four water level alarms, there is a fifth water level detection device, further strengthening safety automatically;
Wet back two-pass fire tube boiler with reversal burning chamber;
Laddering heat recovery can greatly increase boiler efficiency;
The double-layer sealing structure of front smoke box door and panel adopts aluminium silicate board as insulation material, with high thermal insulation and sealing effect;
Detachable spring explosion-proof door ensures safety, also can be used as inspection hole;
Continuous variable frequency water supply, ensures pump and burner run coordinately and stably.
Waste heat recovery in flue gas lowers exhaust temperature to 95℃, and improves efficiency to 98 .5 %;
Discharge of NO_X , CO_X , SO_X and other harmful substances has been greatly reduced;
The range of steam pressure can be set by touch screen , achieving automatic and accurate control.
