Electric steam boiler is mainly composed of boiler body, electric control system, low-voltage electrical system, electric heating elements, valves, instruments and so on. There are groups of electric heating elements in the boiler body, and each group of electric heating elements is connected by a concentrated bundle flange, which is set independently. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, safe operation, stable running, easy replacement and long service life. The electric heating elements is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304, its normal service life is about 20,000 hours. Thermal efficiency can reach 98%, the operation is silent, and the emission is zero.
The boiler operation adopts PLC control system, multiple language (Chinese/English/Arabic/Spanish/Russia/French) display, man-machine dialogue, and the display screen can display and record operating parameters and fault alarms.
