On March 29^th of 2021, our client in Alabama, USA paid us deposit to purchase 2 complete systems of steam boiler WNS1-1.0-YQ(power supply: 480V/60Hz/3P/4W). He uses natural gas as fuel to produce steam 180℃ at 1,000kgs per hour with working pressure 10bars.

For the boiler is for USA market, it has to be designed and fabricated as per ASME standard and got ASME certification. The customer’s company are in Petrochemical Equipment Industry. The steam from our boiler enters his jacket tanks for heating.

 

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube steam boiler:

• Central reverse burning structure;
• Laddering heat recovery can greatly increase boiler efficiency;
• The double-layer sealing structure of front smoke box door and panel adopts  aluminium silicate board as insulation material, with high thermal insulation and sealing effect;
• Detachable spring explosion-proof door ensures safety, also can be used as inspection hole;
• Waste heat recovery in flue gas lowers exhaust temperature to 95℃, and improves efficiency to 98 .5 %;
• Discharge of NO_X , CO_X , SO_X and other harmful substances has been greatly reduced;
• The range of steam pressure can be set by touch screen , achieving automatic and accurate control;
• Big water volume with strong adaptability to heat load.
• Spoilers inside tube, strengthen heat transfer, increase efficiency;
• Smoke box is made of special insulation material with long service life;
• Boiler body adopts multiple centrifugal glass wool insulation with light weight and less heat loss.
