On July 30th of 2020, our client in Bosnia-Herzegovina paid us deposit USD67410 to purchase three complete sets of steam boiler WNS4-1.25-YQ, including steam boiler WNS4-1.25-YQ, Dual Fuel Burner, Daily Oil Tank, TDS and remote control system. He uses mazut&natural gas as fuel to produce steam at 4,000kgs per hour with working pressure 10bars. Totally we load 3x20’FR+1x40’HQ+1x20’GP in our factory for them. The goods are shipped to Rijeka, Croatia.

The customer’s company buy cucumbers from Serbia and produce large amount of pickles, then sell to other countries in Europe.
At the very beginning, the customer said we had higher prices than other companies from China. While after checking our goods details and equipment configuration, through calling our old customer in Montenegro to check its performance and quality, they know the difference among those offers he got. Finally they choose us as their supplier.

After this Covid-19 crisis, they will visit our factory and discuss export of our goods to Europe through Serbia. They will purchase one more 10tph gas boiler from us if they are satisfied with our boiler after couple of months of usage. Definitely we have more confidence to win-win during the business.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube steam boiler:

Corrugated furnace increases heat transfer area and adapts to free expansion;
Waste heat recovery part is composed of finned tubes, made of aluminum-steel alloy, keeping enough heat transfer surface;
Boiler body, economizer, condenser, burner, pump and control system are integrated to ensure easy installation;
Heat transfer elements are composed of threaded flue gas tube instead of smooth tube, which have lower resistance and higher efficiency;
Multiple pressure interlocking protection technique;
Compared with traditional four water level alarms, there is a fifth water level detection device, further strengthening safety automatically;
Wet back two-pass fire tube boiler with reversal burning chamber;
Laddering heat recovery can greatly increase boiler efficiency;
The double-layer sealing structure of front smoke box door and panel adopts aluminium silicate board as insulation material, with high thermal insulation and sealing effect;
Detachable spring explosion-proof door ensures safety, also can be used as inspection hole;
Continuous variable frequency water supply, ensures pump and burner run coordinately and stably.
Waste heat recovery in flue gas lowers exhaust temperature to 95℃, and improves efficiency to 98 .5 %;
Discharge of NO_X , CO_X , SO_X and other harmful substances has been greatly reduced;
The range of steam pressure can be set by touch screen , achieving automatic and accurate control.
