One client from New-Tech International Ltd in KSA visited our factory in 2015. They are importer and supplier of boilers, spares and auxiliary equipments, and have been in line of turnkey projects of HVAC, washing, dyeing and garments for 30years. What's more, they had sold many brand boilers from Italy and China to their country(about 50sets boiler annually). They told me they have more than 200 employees in their company now. They confirm our quality after visit and comparison in our factory, and their big boss will come to our factory after COVID-19 again and want to sign the cooperation contract with us and to be our agent in GCC countries.

Finally they purchased one 7MW diesel fired horizontal type hot water boiler WNS7-1.0/95/70-YQ for their end user in Jeddah as a trial order in 2016.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube hot water boiler:

Main welding seams are welded by automatic machine , passing nondestructive testing;
Heat transfer elements are composed of threaded flue gas tube instead of smooth tube, which have lower resistance and higher efficiency;
Corrugated furnace increases heat transfer area and adapts to free expansion;
PLC control system with independent intellectual property rights achieves best match between controller and boiler;
Big water volume, stable heat supply and scale preventing structure help to realize better heat transfer effect;
Adopt new heat insulation material, which has good heat preservation performance, light weight and little heat loss;
Classic fire tube wet- back three-pass structure, stable boiler operation;
Use double-layer sealing structure in front and rear smoke box doors and panels; Conduct air-tightness test one by one to ensure high heat insulation ability; Waste heat recovery in flue gas part takes finned tube, highly improving smoke condensing speed.
