Customers in KSA purchased 40tph 24bars SZS series triple fuel(heavy oil&diesel&natural gas) fired water tube steam boiler SZS40-2.5-YQ to produce freshwater for Saudi population, outlet steam temperature approx 224 ℃ saturated steam, this steam will be used to produce fresh water in the MED TV desalination plant. 

At the beginning, they were going with AGOCO to boiler retubing only with the material list, but no one of the 4 bidders submitted a completely offer not even the original manufacturer, furthermore, the price exceeded their budget, therefore they made a decision to purchase a complete new boiler. Totally these boiler work with Evaporator 93 t/h(Design capacity can reach 120tph maximum) to production 833.3 t/h freshwater.

Characteristics of SZS series water tube steam boiler:

• All tubes and steel plates are from global famous steel companies, passing strict tests;
• Through scientific calculation, best match between burner and furnace, more complete combustion;
• Laddering heat recovery structure, greatly improves efficiency and reduces smoke temperature;
• Double- layer insulation is made of aluminum silicate felt and ultra fine glass wool , total thickness 200 mm;
• Heat recycling device adopts ND steel, corrosion resistance from acid and chloride , long service life;
• Full membrane wall structure can bear high pressure, preventing from smoke and air leakage;
